Prepare and finalize the Project Implementation Plan document for the Indoguna Cambodia Logistic Management System project.

This document defines the detailed execution approach for the project, including implementation activities, project phases, timeline, milestones, resource planning, responsibilities, communication plan, risks, dependencies, testing approach, deployment preparation, and handover plan.

The Project Implementation Plan will be used as the main working document to guide the project team during execution and ensure that Indoguna Cambodia and InnoTech Solution have a clear understanding of how the project will be delivered.

Main activities include:

Review the approved Project Charter, POS, and SOW documents
Define project implementation phases and activities
Prepare project timeline and key milestones
Identify project team roles and responsibilities
Define communication and reporting approach
Prepare testing, UAT, deployment, and handover plan
Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies
Align the implementation plan with Agile project delivery
Finalize the document for internal review and Indoguna confirmation
